The JSH campus came alive this week with 2024 Band Camp underway. It is always great to see the musicians working hard on marching routines and to hear music throughout the day. It is also a harbinger of the coming school year.
Next Monday, high school fall sports (football, sideline cheer, volleyball, and cross country) all officially start practices. Next Thursday, August 15th, JSH Smart Start takes place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The following week, staff will arrive on August 21st.
The school year will officially start with a half-day for students on Monday August 26th. Home athletic contests will also start that week, as well, with our volleyball and cross country teams hosting events on Wednesday, the 28th.
We are all looking forward to a great 2024-25 school year!
