Current juniors who scored above the national average on the 2024 SAT exam were eligible to waive exams and participate in a service project along with Cathy Cooper's third graders. The combined groups worked to tie-dye t-shirts, bake and decorate cookies for the elderly residents at the housing commission, spruced up the rock garden at the elementary school, potted plants for the elementary school teachers, and played team-building games with one another.
